Heacox, Hartman, Koshmrl, Cosgriff & Johnson, P.A. was founded in 1996.  Since then, we have provided unsurpassed legal services to the business and insurance community in the area of workers’ compensation.  The firm is conveniently located in downtown St. Paul near the Workers’ Compensation Division of the Office of Administrative Hearings. 

The founding shareholders of Heacox, Hartman, Koshmrl, Cosgriff & Johnson, P.A. believed that a smaller, highly specialized firm of experienced attorneys would be better able to provide cost-effective legal services of exceptional quality to clients in the business and insurance community.  The firm they envisioned would not have the same high overhead of larger, general practice law firms.
