Professional Awards: Ms. Borash was named a “Rising Star” in workers’ compensation litigation by her peers in 2003, 2004, 2007 and 2008, and 2009.

Interests: Travel and movies. She and her husband have three children.

About Tracy:
Ms. Borash has experience in the areas of personal injury, no-fault, products liability, dram shop, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. She has written numerous appellate briefs to the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court on various workers’ compensation issues.

While in law school, Ms. Borash participated in various trial skills programs and clinics, including the Civil Advocacy Clinic and the Misdemeanor Clinic. She was also a staff member on the William Mitchell Law Review and was elected to the editorial board the subsequent year.

Ms. Borash is a published author. In 1998, her article, “Torts—Punitive Damages in Non-Personal Injury Cases: Minnesota’s Approach to Punishment and Deterrence” appeared in the William Mitchell Law Review. She has also contributed to several chapters in the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Deskbook and was a previous presenter at the Deskbook seminar.

Ms. Borash is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
