About Randall:
Mr. Lane has substantial experience representing clients in all aspects of workers’ compensation claims including litigating cases at the Office of Administrative Hearings and handling appeals before the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court. He is a frequent speaker to various organizations on topics relating to the defense of Minnesota workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Lane served on the William Mitchell Law Review as a staff member and associate editor. He is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, Ramsey County Bar Association and Wisconsin State Bar Association.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lane was a vice-president of a privately-owned paper products company. After law school, he worked as an associate attorney with the Jardine, Logan & O’Brien law firm from 1991 through 1996.
