Professional Awards: Ms. Walsh has been designated as a “Super Lawyer” by the Minnesota Journal of Law and Politics and as a Leading Minnesota Attorney. She has an AV Martindale-Hubbell rating.

Interests: Ms. Walsh is an avid gardener, potter, weekly film attendee, and reader.

About Dianne:
Ms. Walsh joined the firm as a shareholder in March of 2004. Prior to that, she was a shareholder/partner with the firm of Fitch, Johnson, Larson, Walsh & Held. She specializes in permanent total disability claims, large loss claims, coverage issues, procedural issues, and complicated settlements, and counsels clients in claims administration and procedure. She has argued before both the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Ms. Walsh has participated in numerous seminars for Minnesota CLE, authored chapters in the first two editions of the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Deskbook, and been a frequent speaker at seminars and training sessions for clients. She is a member of the Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Ramsey County Bar Associations.
